About the role

Run paid search + paid social for a Series-B SaaS spending $400k/month across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. You'll have budget authority from day one — we're looking for an operator with a track record, not a junior managing campaigns.

What you’ll do

Own the paid budget across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Drive the CRO program — landing pages, forms, sign-up flow
Set up the attribution + incrementality reporting stack
Partner with brand on the ad-creative pipeline
Report weekly to the CEO on CAC, LTV/CAC, and pipeline contribution

What we’re looking for

Has owned a paid-acquisition budget of $100k+/month
Strong on attribution + the limits of last-click thinking
Has run a CRO program with measurable wins
Comfortable with multi-touch attribution + incrementality testing
Writes ad copy that converts — not just managed campaigns
