About the role

We're redesigning our consumer-facing payments app and need a senior UX designer who's shipped real fintech before.

This is a greenfield redesign, not a refresh. We have good data on where the current flows break down and support on the leadership side to actually act on it. You'll work alongside a PM and two engineers; design leadership is a small flat team, so you'll have real influence on strategy and no layers of approvals between you and shipping.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end redesign of the payments flow
  • Conduct user research with ~8–12 customers
  • Deliver a production-ready design system

What we’re looking for

  • Proven fintech or payments UX work in portfolio
  • Strong Figma + prototyping skills
  • User research experience (not just visual design)
