About the role
Own the lifecycle programme for a consumer subscription product at 600k MAU. Email, push, in-app, retention — your remit is the full subscriber journey from sign-up through reactivation.
What you’ll do
- Audit + redesign the existing lifecycle programme
- Ship the reactivation flow for lapsed subscribers
- Set up the experimentation framework and the win-tracking ritual
- Partner with product on the cross-channel orchestration
- Document everything so the in-house team can take it forward
What we’re looking for
- Has owned the lifecycle programme for a 100k+ MAU consumer product
- Fluent in Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io
- Strong on segmentation + behavioural triggering
- Writes copy that doesn't read like marketing-speak
- Comfortable with A/B testing + the statistical rigour to know when a win is real
