Project Closure

Learn the steps to close a project successfully, including how to conduct final reviews, provide approvals, and ensure all project objectives have been met satisfactorily.

Key Steps to Project Closure

  1. Final Review of Deliverables — Access all submitted deliverables through the project dashboard. Verify each deliverable against the project’s requirements and standards to confirm all elements are complete. Request revisions if needed before finalizing the review.
  2. Approval Process — After a satisfactory review, proceed to formally approve the deliverables. Approval signals that the work is complete, allowing the freelancer to receive payment and marking the project as "Completed" in the system.
  3. Feedback and Final Payment — Provide constructive feedback on the freelancer’s performance, covering aspects like quality, communication, and timeliness. Complete any remaining payments, including bonuses if applicable, to settle the financial aspects of the project.
  4. Post-Closure Access — After closure, access to project files, communication history, and deliverables remains available on your Loxala account for record-keeping and future reference.
