We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging experiences across the Loxala platform. You'll design modern interfaces, improve usability, and help shape the visual identity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design product screens, flows, and interactions for the Loxala web app and marketing surfaces in Figma.
Own the design system — components, tokens, typography, spacing, and accessibility guidelines.
Run discovery: user interviews, journey maps, and usability tests to ground decisions in evidence.
Partner with engineering to ship designs faithfully, with clear specs, edge cases, and motion behavior documented.
Iterate on live features based on analytics, support signals, and qualitative feedback from real users.
Help shape the visual identity of Loxala — brand consistency across product, marketing, and email touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of product / UX design experience with a portfolio showing shipped product work (not just concepts).
Expert in Figma — components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping; bonus for design-token tooling.
Strong fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, accessibility (WCAG AA), and responsive layout.
Can articulate the reasoning behind design choices; comfortable defending and revising based on evidence.
Empathy for users and engineers — your specs are clear, your handoffs leave no guesswork.
Self-directed in a remote, async environment; clear written communication is non-negotiable.
