Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for the Loxala platform using Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
Design and manage secure, optimized database structures using PostgreSQL and modern backend best practices.
Build and integrate third-party services including payment systems, cloud services, AI tools, analytics, and monitoring platforms.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems across freelancer, client, and admin workflows.
Monitor, debug, and resolve backend performance and production issues to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested backend code while improving overall system architecture and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience building backend applications and APIs in Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of NestJS or similar backend frameworks and experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
Experience integrating external APIs, cloud services, and scalable backend infrastructure.
Good understanding of backend security, authentication systems, validation, and API performance optimization.
Familiarity with AWS services, Docker, monitoring tools, and modern deployment workflows is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
